When there is a need for us to inform you of any type of event related to your Internet Call Manager service, we will send you a message via your ICM software. Some of the messages you will receive notify you of:

Correct configuration |
A message will indicate that your ICM software has been correctly configured and is ready to manage your calls. |

Status of account |
If a change has occurred in the status of your ICM account, a message will be sent identifying the change. |

Milestones in the ICM Lifecycle |
At various points in the ICM Lifecycle we will send you pop-ups to keep you updated on your account status. |
These will be displayed in a window separate from the ICM Main Window and Incoming Call Pop-up Window. They are displayed in an Information Bulletin Pop-up Window.
You can dismiss the Information Bulletin Pop-up Window using the OK button or by clicking the "Close" button in the window's upper, right-hand corner (X). For some bulletins, the window will have an "action" button labeled accordingly. The action provided, would depend on the content of the Information Bulletin Pop-up Window. It might, for example, take you to our Web site for more detailed information than what has been provided in the bulletin.
