When you install the ICM software for the first time, you are asked to provide a password. This password allows you, and only you, to connect to our ICM server with your phone number.
If you have forgotten your password, or wish to change it, you may do so on your ICM software.
To change your ICM password
Click the ICM Main Window's Setup Button.
The Setup window open.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking on Password.

Note: You can only change your ICM password when your ICM software is connected to our ICM server. Otherwise, we will send you a temporary password that will allow you to connect, then you can change your password.
Type a new password in the Password field and again in the Confirm Password field.
Note: The password you choose must be between five and eleven alphanumeric characters; that is, letters and numbers, but no punctuation marks or symbols. Also, remember that passwords are case sensitive. A capital letter is considered a different character than its lower case counterpart.
Click the OK button to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
The Cancel button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made.
