The ICM Caller Log window's Delete button lets you delete records from the Caller Log. You can do this in different ways: delete a single call record, delete a multiple number of call records, or delete a consecutive group of call records.
To open the ICM Caller Log window:
Click on the ICM Caller Log button:
The ICM Caller Log window opens:
To delete an individual record from the Caller Log:
Click on the record you want to delete.
The record is highlighted and the Delete button becomes enabled.
Click the Delete Button.
The highlighted record is deleted.

You are not asked to confirm your request to delete the call record(s). Only if you are deleting the entire Caller Log will you be prompted to confirm. |
You can also select multiple records for deletion.
Holding the Ctrl key down, click on each individual record you want to delete.
They will each in turn become highlighted indicating they are selected for deletion.
Click the Delete Button.
These highlighted call records are deleted.

Likewise, you can click to select a consecutive group of records:
To delete consecutive groups of records:
Holding the SHIFT key down, click on the last record in a consecutive group of records you want to delete.
All records in that group are highlighted indicating they are selected for deletion.
Click the Delete Button.
These highlighted call records are deleted.
