Clearing the Entire Log

With the ICM Main Window displayed, you can delete the entire contents of the Caller Log.

To clear all call records from the Caller Log:

Right-click anywhere on the Display Screen of the ICM Main Window.

A pop-up menu opens:

Choose Clear Caller Log:

All records are cleared from the Caller Log.

Note:  You can also clear the Caller Log by right-clicking on the ICM System Tray icon, and choosing Clear Caller Log from the Pop-up window that opens.
