When you receive a call while on the Internet and the ICM Incoming Call Pop-up Window is displayed, a generic greeting is played when you choose a call-handling option.

The default greeting played when you choose Answer or Transfer is: |
"The person you are calling is on the phone and they have been notified of your call. Please wait; they wish to take your call. Your call is being transferred." |

The default greeting played when you choose I'll Call you Back is: |
"The person you are calling is on the phone however they see you are calling. They have indicated that they will call you back at the number from which you are calling." |

The default greeting played when you choose Call Me Back is: |
"The person you are calling is on the phone, however they see you are calling. They have indicated that their line will be free momentarily. Please call back in a few minutes." |

The default greeting played when you choose Voice Mail (if you subscribe to Cincinnati Bell Voice Messaging) is: |
"The person you are calling is not available to take your call. Please leave a brief message after the tone." |
You can change your greetings with a simple phone call. All you will need is the correct phone number and your PIN to identify you. In order to proceed you will have to obtain these with the help of your ICM Main Window.
To obtain the phone number and your PIN:
Click the Setup Button
The Setup window opens.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking on Custom Greetings.
The phone number and your PIN are displayed.
You can now change your greetings.
To customize your greetings:
Place a phone call to the number you just located and enter your PIN when prompted.
The automated attendant lists the available options.
Follow the automated attendant's instructions as they walk you through the process of changing one of your greetings.
