When you choose the Play Message option to handle a call, you are presented with a choice of messages with which to acknowledge your caller. The I'll Call You Back and Call me Back options are the defaults. You can record a custom message, but you cannot change the labels on these. There are an additional four messages that you can customize to suit your own needs. For information on customizing your greetings, see "Customizing Your Greetings".
To customize your Message Buttons.
Click the ICM Main Window's Setup button.
The Setup window opens.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking on the plus sign (+) beside the Custom Greetings menu item, then click on Message Manager.
Type your Message Button names in the spaces provided.
Note: The field labels (Special Greeting #1:, etc.) correspond to the custom messages you chose when you customized your greetings.
Click the OK button to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
The Cancel Button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made.
