ICM lets you transfer incoming calls to one of four different phone numbers of your choosing. When the Incoming Call Pop-up Window informs you of an incoming call and you choose Transfer, you are presented with the phone numbers you specify and can choose to which one the call is to be transferred.
Transfer options are set from the ICM Main Window. For details on displaying the Main Window, refer to Opening the Main Window.
To specify Transfer options:
Click the ICM Main Window's Setup Button.
The Setup window opens.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking on Transfers Numbers.
The fields below the Number and Description labels are where you enter your transfer phone numbers.
Type a phone number in a field below the Number label and a brief description in the adjacent field below the Description label.
The description you enter is the option that will be displayed when you choose Transfer in response to an incoming call.
Repeat the previous step to add any additional numbers.
Click the OK button to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
The Cancel button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made.
