While the Incoming Call Pop-up Window offers the ICM call-handling options, the ICM Main Window provides information about your service and provides access to additional ICM functions. Like other Windows applications, ICM has a set of basic or general operations, which are available from this main window. These provide the most fundamental Windows functionality such as working with the Caller Log and exiting ICM.
