Using the Ignore Button

When a call is received by ICM, a pop-up is displayed showing information about the caller.  This pop-up is called the Incoming Call Pop-up Window.  The Incoming Call Pop-up Window's Ignore button dismisses the pop- up and ICM takes no further action in processing the call.  This option is not available if you subscribe to Cincinnati Bell Voice Messaging, instead you will have the Voice Mail option.  

To dismiss the Incoming Call Pop-up Window and ignore the incoming call:

On the Incoming Call Pop-up Window, click the Ignore Button:

The caller will hear continuous ringing as if you were not home.
