When a call is received by ICM, a pop-up is displayed showing information about the caller. This pop-up is called the Incoming Call Pop-up Window. The Incoming Call Pop-up Window's Voice Mail button directs the caller to leave a voice message if you subscribe to Cincinnati Bell Voice Messaging. If you do not, the Ignore button will be available to you. For more information refer to Using the Ignore Button.
To send users to Voice Mail
On the Incoming Call Pop-up Window, click the Voice Mail button.
This plays the caller the following message:
"The person you are calling is not available to take your call. Please leave a brief message after the tone."
The caller can then leave a Voice Mail (message).
Note: This is also what will happen to the call if you make no selection.
Note: You can also customize the greeting played when you choose this option. For details, refer to Customizing Your Greetings.
