As opposed to using the Display Screen to work with the Caller Log, you can open a window that lets you work with the Caller Log directly.
To open the Caller Log:
Click the ICM Main Window's Caller Log button:
The ICM Caller Log window opens:
To open the Caller Log from the Display Screen:
Right-click on the Display Screen area of the ICM Main Window and choose Open Caller Log....:
To open the Caller Log from the System Tray icon:
Right-click on the System Tray icon:
and choose Open Caller Log....
