Working with the Caller Log

ICM can keep a record of up to 200 calls.  These are stored in a Caller Log and each call record has the following information:

time of call;

caller name;

caller number;

caller's city;

caller's province or state; and

how the call was handled (Action).

 

To view all the columns (Time, Caller Name, Number, City, Prov/State, and Action) use the scroll bar above the Export button or change the size of the columns.  This is done by moving your cursor over the edges of the columns, when a cross-hair icon is displayed, click and adjust the column left or right:

 

The ICM Main Window has a Display Screen that lets you view caller records.  These records are displayed with the last caller prominent.  It also has a set of buttons for working with these records in the Caller Log.  For more information on working with your call records:
