Customer Service: General Questions
Internet Call Manager is the cost-effective solution to the problem of missed calls while your phone line is busy because you're on the Internet. It is ideal for anyone who wants the freedom to be on-line. You can comfortably do everything you do on the Internet worry-free while ICM monitors your telephone line. When someone calls you while you're on the Internet, the call is forwarded to an ICM server. The ICM server collects the caller's information and sends it across the Internet to your computer screen. When you are on the Internet, this ICM software connects to our ICM server. This is how ICM knows where to send your calls. The Status Indicator Light on your ICM Main Window or on the System Tray icon will be green or yellow when your software is connected to our server. You can then choose how you want to handle the call. Internet Call Manager is $7.00 per month, which includes a support feature called Call Forward Busy. The minimum system requirements for ICM are:

Unless you recognize the number, you will not be told that it is a fax machine. Thus, the fax cannot be received since your phone line is busy.
